Himalayan Fair – Manikyaveena, Berkeley, CA, May 2024

Performing at the Himalayan Fair is always a treat. The audience is so close to the performance stage, they are tuned in and the immense energy is felt every year with every performance. This year I had the additional honor of sharing the stage with Charlette. She has been learning Odissi for over a decade and brings the kind of energy and positivity I can look to dig into in my later years. She always shows up early to every class, is so dedicated to the art form and is absolutely enthusiastic about sharing this beautiful art form with the larger community.
